Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 medium-sized apples, peeled, cored and diced
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, salt, and ground cinnamon. Mix well.

Step 2: In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and melted butter until well combined.

Step 3: Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring until a smooth batter forms. Set aside.

Step 4: In a small bowl, mix the diced apples, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon until the apples are evenly coated with the mixture.
