Preparation:

Step 1: Season the monkfish chunks and langostinos with salt and pepper. Set aside.

Step 2: Turn on the olla GM and select the «Sauté» function. Add some olive oil and sauté the onions and garlic until they become translucent.

Step 3: Add the diced bell peppers and carrots to the pot. Sauté for a few minutes until they start to soften.

Step 4: Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for a couple of minutes to allow the alcohol to evaporate.

Step 8: Close the lid again and select the «Stew» function. Adjust the temperature to 110°C and the time to 8 minutes. Press the start button to continue cooking.

Step 9: Once the cooking time is complete, carefully open the lid. Check the seasoning and adjust with salt and pepper if needed.
