Ingredients:
- 200g almonds
- 200g sugar
- 50g butter
- 50g all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F).
- Place the almonds in your Thermomix bowl and grind them for 10 seconds on speed 9. Set aside.
- Add the sugar to the bowl and mill for 10 seconds on speed 10.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat, then add it to the Thermomix bowl along with the ground almonds and flour.
- Beat the eggs in a separate bowl and then add them to the Thermomix bowl along with the vanilla extract.
- Mix everything together for 20 seconds on speed 4 until well combined.
