  • 4 lenguado fillets

  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (such as parsley or dill) for garnish

Preparation:

1. Prepare the Ingredients:

Preheat the Olla GM to 180°C.

Time: 5 minutes

2. Season the Lenguado Fillets:

Season the lenguado fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.

Time: 2 minutes

3. Assemble the Papillots:

  1. Take a large piece of parchment paper and fold it in half.
  2. Place a few slices of lemon on one side of the parchment paper.
  3. Place a lenguado fillet on top of the lemon slices.
  4. Top the fillet with slices of red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, onion, and minced garlic.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the top of the ingredients.
  6. Fold the other half of the parchment paper over the ingredients and crimp the edges to seal the papillot.
  7. Repeat the process for the remaining lenguado fillets.

4. Cook the Lenguado al Papillot:

  1. Place the lenguado papillots in the Olla GM.
  2. Cook for 15-20 minutes until the fish is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.

Temperature: 180°C
Time: 15-20 minutes

5. Serve:

Carefully open the papillots and transfer the lenguado fillets to serving plates. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot.
