Ingredients

  • 3 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet of instant yeast
  • 1 cup of warm water
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup of diced ham
  • 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup of sliced black olives
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

1. Prepare the Dough

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, instant yeast, warm water, olive oil, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.

Knead the dough for about 5-10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.

Cover the bowl with a clean towel and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until it has doubled in size.

2. Preheat the MAMBO

Preheat the MAMBO multi-cooker to 375°F.

3. Add Toppings

Punch down the risen dough and transfer it to a greased baking sheet.

Press the dough into a rectangle shape, about 1 inch thick.

Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese, diced ham, parmesan cheese, parsley, and black olives evenly over the dough.

4. Bake the Focaccia

Place the baking sheet in the preheated MAMBO and bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the crust is golden brown.
