Ingredients:
- 2 lbs beef loin
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1 celery stalk, chopped
- 1 cup brandy
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Preparation:
- Season the beef loin with salt, pepper, and paprika.
