Ingredients:

  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 1 cup chopped broccoli
  • 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced onion

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

1. Preheat Olla GM:

Temperature: 180°C

2. Prepare the Vegetables:

Start by chopping the broccoli, dicing the red bell pepper and onion, and slicing the mushrooms. In a skillet, sauté the vegetables until they are tender. Set aside to cool.

3. Prepare the Quiche Crust:

Place the pre-made pie crust into the Olla GM, pressing it gently against the sides and bottom of the pot. Use a fork to prick the bottom of the crust to prevent it from puffing up during baking.

4. Prepare the Custard Filling:

In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and milk together until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

5. Assemble the Quiche:
