Ingredients:

  • 500g ground beef

  • 1 cup of beef broth

Preparation:

1. Prepare the meatballs:

Temperature: 180°C

Time: 10 minutes

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, half of the chopped onion, one clove of minced garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed. Shape the mixture into small meatballs and set aside.

2. Sear the meatballs:

Temperature: 160°C

Time: 5 minutes

Heat one tablespoon of olive oil in the MAMBO and sear the meatballs until they are browned on all sides. Remove the meatballs from the MAMBO and set aside.

3. Prepare the vegetable sauce:

Temperature: 140°C

Time: 5 minutes

Heat the remaining olive oil in the MAMBO and add the remaining chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion is translucent. Add the diced bell peppers, carrot, and zucchini. Cook for a few minutes until the vegetables are slightly softened.

4. Simmer the sauce:

Temperature: 120°C

Time: 10 minutes

Add the crushed tomatoes and beef broth to the MAMBO. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Bring the sauce to a simmer and let it cook for about 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.

5. Finish the dish:

Temperature: 100°C

Time: 5 minutes

Return the seared meatballs to the MAMBO and gently stir them into the vegetable sauce. Let the dish cook for an additional 5 minutes to ensure the meatballs are heated through. Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary.

6. Serve:
