Welcome to our step-by-step recipe for Huevos a la Flamenca with Jamón and Chorizo made easy with Thermomix. This traditional Spanish dish is packed with flavor and perfect for a hearty breakfast or brunch. With the help of your Thermomix, you’ll have this delicious meal ready in no time!

Ingredients:

  • 6 eggs
  • 100g jamón serrano, diced
  • 100g chorizo, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 can of chopped tomatoes (400g)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

Preparation:

1. Sauté the Jamón and Chorizo:

Heat a drizzle of olive oil in your Thermomix at 120°C for 2 minutes. Add the diced jamón serrano and sliced chorizo and sauté for 5 minutes, until they start to brown.

2. Add the Vegetables:

Next, add the chopped onion and diced red bell pepper to the Thermomix. Cook for another 3 minutes at 100°C.

3. Add the Tomatoes and Spices:

Pour in the can of chopped tomatoes, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes at 90°C, stirring occasionally.

4. Cook the Eggs:

Make 6 wells in the tomato mixture and crack an egg into each one. Cook for 7 minutes at 80°C, or until the egg whites are set but the yolks are still runny.

5. Serve and Enjoy:

Once the eggs are cooked to your liking, carefully transfer them to plates using a spatula. Spoon some of the tomato mixture over each egg and sprinkle with fresh parsley or chives for garnish. Serve hot and enjoy!
