Ingredients:
- 1 liter of milk
- 200g of sugar
- 200g of flour
- 4 eggs
- 100g of butter

Preparation:
Step 1: Prepare the Batter
In a bowl, mix together the flour and sugar. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and add them to the flour mixture. Mix well until you have a smooth batter.
Step 2: Heat the Milk
Pour the milk into the Olla GM and set the temperature to 100°C. Heat the milk until it reaches a gentle simmer.

Time: 5 minutes
Step 3: Add the Butter and Lemon Zest
Cut the butter into small pieces and add it to the milk. Stir until the butter has melted. Add the lemon zest and a pinch of cinnamon powder to the milk mixture.
Step 4: Combine the Batter with the Milk
Slowly pour the flour and egg mixture into the milk, stirring constantly to prevent lumps from forming. Continue to cook the mixture until it thickens, about 10 minutes.

Time: 10 minutes
Step 5: Pour the Mixture into a Mold
Grease a baking mold with butter and pour the mixture into it. Smooth out the top with a spatula to ensure an even surface.
Step 6: Cook the Quesada Pasiega
Place the mold into the Olla GM and set the temperature to 120°C. Cook the Quesada Pasiega for about 30 minutes, or until it is set and golden brown on top.
