Ingredients:

  • 4 lenguado fillets
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 1 tomato, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup of white wine
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (such as parsley or dill)

Preparation:

1. Preheat the Olla GM:

Temperature: 180°C

Time: 5 minutes

2. Prepare the Lenguado:

  1. Season the lenguado fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Place a piece of parchment paper on a flat surface.
  3. Place a few slices of lemon on the parchment paper.
  4. Top with a lenguado fillet.
  5. Layer the red onion, garlic, bell peppers, zucchini, and tomato on top of the fillet.
  6. Sprinkle with white wine and olive oil.
  7. Repeat the process for the remaining fillets.

3. Seal the Papillotes:

  1. Bring the edges of the parchment paper together and fold over to seal the papillote.
  2. Place the papillotes on the Olla GM’s tray.

4. Cook the Lenguado:

Temperature: 180°C

Time: 15 minutes

5. Serve:

  1. Carefully open the papillotes and transfer the lenguado fillets to plates.
  2. Garnish with fresh herbs.
  3. Serve hot and enjoy your perfectly cooked lenguado al papillote!
