  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 4 cups of vegetable broth

Preparation:

Step 1: Start by washing the Swiss chard thoroughly. Remove the tough stems and chop the leaves into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.

Step 2: Drain and rinse the soaked chickpeas. Set them aside for later use.

Step 3: Turn on your Olla GM and select the «Saute» function. Add the olive oil and let it heat up. Once hot, add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté for about 2 minutes until they become translucent.

Step 4: Add the diced potato, sliced carrots, red bell pepper, and tomato to the Olla GM. Stir well to combine all the ingredients. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
