- 3 ripe pears
- 150g almond meal
- 150g all-purpose flour
- 150g unsalted butter, softened
- 150g granulated sugar

- 1/4 cup sliced almonds, for garnish
Preparation
Step 1: Preparing the Pears
Peel, core, and dice the pears into small pieces. Set aside.

In the Thermomix bowl, add the softened butter, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix on speed 4 for 1 minute until creamy and well combined.
