  • 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated cheese (such as Gruyere or Cheddar)
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

1. Preheat your Thermomix to 180°C (350°F).

2. Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.

3. Heat the olive oil in the Thermomix bowl at 100°C (212°F) for 2 minutes.

4. Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the bowl. Sauté at 100°C (212°F) for 3 minutes.

5. Add the diced red and green bell peppers, along with the sliced mushrooms, to the bowl. Sauté at 100°C (212°F) for 5 minutes.

6. Remove the sautéed vegetables from the bowl and set aside.

7. Place the chicken pieces into the Thermomix bowl. Cook at 100°C (212°F) for 5 minutes.

8. Add the cooked vegetables back into the bowl, along with the heavy cream, grated cheese, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook at 90°C (194°F) for 5 minutes.

9. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.

10. Sprinkle some additional grated cheese on top of the mixture.

11. Bake in the preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
