Ingredients:
- 500g pasta of your choice
- 500g meat (chicken, beef, or pork), diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons curry powder
- 1 can of coconut milk
- 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Preparation:
1. Cook the Pasta:
Fill the Thermomix bowl with water and add a pinch of salt. Insert the basket and place the pasta inside. Cook at 100°C for 10 minutes, speed 1. Once cooked, drain the pasta and set aside.
2. Brown the Meat:
Remove the pasta from the Thermomix bowl and dry it. Add the olive oil, diced meat, chopped onion, and minced garlic. Cook at 120°C for 5 minutes, speed 2 until the meat is browned.
3. Add the Curry Powder:
Sprinkle the curry powder over the browned meat and stir well to coat. Cook at 100°C for 2 minutes, speed 2 to toast the spices.
4. Pour in the Liquid:
Add the coconut milk and broth to the Thermomix bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook at 100°C for 5 minutes, speed 1 to combine the flavors.
5. Combine the Pasta and Sauce:
Add the cooked pasta to the curry sauce in the Thermomix bowl. Stir well to coat the pasta in the sauce. Cook at 90°C for 2 minutes, speed 1 to heat through.
6. Serve and Garnish:
