Ingredients:
- 1 cup dried lentils
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish
Preparation:
- Rinse the lentils under cold water and drain. Place the lentils in the mixing bowl of your Thermomix along with 2 cups of water. Cook on 100°C for 15 minutes.
- While the lentils are cooking, heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onion is translucent.
