- 2 cloves

Preparation:
1. Rinse the Rice:
Before cooking the rice, it’s important to rinse it to remove any excess starch. Place the basmati rice in a fine mesh strainer and rinse it under cold water until the water runs clear.
2. Infuse the Flavors:
In the Thermomix bowl, add the cloves, cinnamon stick, and olive oil. Cook at 100°C for 2 minutes to infuse the flavors into the oil.
3. Add the Rice and Water:
