Ingredients:

  • 2 dorada fillets
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
  • Water for steaming

Preparation:

1. Preheat the Thermomix:

Preheat your Thermomix to 180°C.

Temperature: 180°C

2. Prepare the Dorada:

Season the dorada fillets with salt, pepper, thyme, and oregano. Place each fillet on a piece of parchment paper.

3. Add Flavor:

Top each fillet with sliced lemon, onion, and minced garlic. Drizzle with olive oil.

4. Seal the Papillotes:

Wrap the parchment paper around the dorada fillets to create sealed packets. Place the packets on a baking sheet.

5. Steam the Broccoli:

Place the broccoli florets in the Varoma of the Thermomix. Add water to the mixing bowl, set the Varoma in place, and steam the broccoli.

6. Cook the Dorada:
