Ingredients:
- 2 merluza fillets
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Preparation:
1. Preheat Thermomix:
Start by preheating your Thermomix to 180°C.
Temperature: 180°C
2. Prepare the Potatoes:
Place the thinly sliced potatoes in the mixing bowl of the Thermomix. Add the minced garlic, chopped onion, and sliced red bell pepper. Season with salt and pepper.
Time: 5 minutes
3. Cook the Potatoes:
Add the olive oil to the mixing bowl and sauté the potatoes, garlic, onion, and bell pepper mixture for about 10 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown.

4. Prepare the Merluza:
While the potatoes are cooking, season the merluza fillets with salt and pepper. Place the fillets on a steaming tray and set aside.
5. Add White Wine:

6. Steam the Merluza:
