Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Preparation
1. Sauté the Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In the Thermomix, select the Sauté mode and add the olive oil. Once hot, add the chicken breasts and brown them on both sides, about 5 minutes per side. Remove the chicken from the Thermomix and set aside.
Temperature: 180°C
Time: 10 minutes
2. Sauté the Onion and Garlic
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the Thermomix. Sauté until the onion is translucent, about 3 minutes.
Temperature: 160°C
Time: 3 minutes
3. Add the Chicken Broth and Cream
Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir well to combine. Place the chicken breasts back into the Thermomix.

Time: 5 minutes
4. Cook the Chicken
Cover the Thermomix and cook the chicken until it reaches an internal temperature of 75°C, about 15-20 minutes.

Time: 15-20 minutes
5. Add Parmesan and Thyme
Once the chicken is cooked, stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and dried thyme. Allow the sauce to thicken slightly.

Time: 3 minutes
6. Serve
Transfer the Pollo a la Crema to a serving dish and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve hot with rice or pasta.
