Ingredients:
- 500g fresh salmon fillets
- 500g potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 bell peppers, diced

- 100ml white wine
- 500ml fish or vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 bay leaf
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:
1. Start by seasoning the salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Set aside.
2. Place the diced potatoes in the mixing bowl of the Thermomix. Add enough water to cover the potatoes and cook for 10 minutes at 100°C on speed 1. Drain the potatoes and set aside.
3. Without cleaning the mixing bowl, add the olive oil, diced bell peppers, chopped onion, and minced garlic. Sauté for 5 minutes at 120°C on speed 1.
4. Add the peeled and diced tomatoes, white wine, smoked paprika, bay leaf, and salt to the mixing bowl. Cook for 10 minutes at 100°C on speed 1.
5. Meanwhile, cut the salmon fillets into bite-sized pieces.
6. Add the salmon pieces, cooked potatoes, and fish or vegetable broth to the mixing bowl. Cook for 8 minutes at 100°C on reverse speed 1.
7. Once the cooking time is complete, remove the bay leaf and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
