Ingredients
- 4 eggs

Preparation
Step 1: Prepare the Mascarpone Filling
In the mixing bowl of your Thermomix, add the eggs and sugar. Mix for 5 minutes at 37°C on speed 4, until the mixture becomes creamy and pale yellow.
Add the mascarpone cheese and mix for 10 seconds on speed 4 until well combined.
Finally, add the heavy cream and mix for 20 seconds on speed 3 until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Set aside.
Step 2: Prepare the Coffee Mixture
In a shallow dish, combine the cooled strong coffee and amaretto liqueur (if using).
Step 3: Assemble the Tiramisú
Dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture for a few seconds, making sure to coat both sides. Place the soaked ladyfingers in a single layer in the bottom of a rectangular baking dish.
Spoon half of the prepared mascarpone filling over the ladyfingers, spreading it evenly to cover them completely.
Repeat the process with another layer of soaked ladyfingers and the remaining mascarpone filling.
Smooth the top of the tiramisú with a spatula and dust generously with cocoa powder.
Step 4: Chill and Serve
