Preparation:

  4. Mix everything together until well combined.
  5. Grease a timbale mold with olive oil.
  6. Press the seafood mixture into the mold, making sure to pack it tightly.
  7. Place the mold in the Olla GM and cook for 30 minutes.
  8. Remove the mold from the Olla GM and let it cool for a few minutes.
  9. Carefully unmold the timbale onto a serving platter.
