- Remove the cheese mixture from the Thermomix and transfer it to a large mixing bowl.
- Stir in the cooked bacon and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the egg whites into the cheese and bacon mixture until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased soufflé dish and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the soufflé is puffed up and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and serve immediately, as soufflés are best enjoyed right out of the oven.
