Paraguaya y Manzana Jam

Ingredients:

  • 6 Paraguayas, peeled and pitted
  • 3 apples, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup sugar

Preparation:

  1. In the Thermomix, add the peeled and pitted Paraguayas, diced apples, sugar, and lemon juice.
  2. Cook the mixture at 100°C for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Once the fruit is soft and the mixture has thickened, blend it on speed 5 for 10 seconds until smooth.
  4. Pour the jam into sterilized jars and let it cool before refrigerating.

Paraguaya y Manzana Crumble

Ingredients:

  • 4 Paraguayas, peeled and sliced
  • 2 apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup butter, cold and diced

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the Thermomix to 180°C.
  2. In a bowl, mix the sliced Paraguayas, apples, and sugar. Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
  3. In the Thermomix, combine the flour, oats, and cold diced butter. Pulse on speed 5 for 10 seconds until crumbly.
  4. Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the fruit in the baking dish.
  5. Bake in the preheated Thermomix for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the fruit is bubbly.

Paraguaya y Manzana Sorbet

Ingredients:

  • 2 Paraguayas, peeled and diced
  • 2 apples, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup water

Preparation:

  1. In a saucepan, combine the diced Paraguayas, apples, sugar, and water. Cook over medium heat until the fruit is soft.
  2. Let the mixture cool, then transfer it to the Thermomix.
  3. Blend on speed 8 for 1 minute, or until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and freeze for 4 hours, stirring every hour to prevent ice crystals from forming.
  5. Scoop the sorbet into bowls and enjoy!
