Ingredients
- 500g all-purpose flour
- 100g sugar
- 10g dry yeast
- 200ml milk
- 100g butter
- 3 eggs

- 4 egg yolks
- 100g sugar
- 40g cornstarch
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- For the chocolate glaze:
- 200g dark chocolate
- 100ml heavy cream
Preparation
1. Prepare the Dough
In a small saucepan, heat the milk and butter until the butter is melted. Let it cool slightly. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Add the milk mixture, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until a dough forms. Cover with a clean towel and let it rise for about 1 hour.
Kneading time: 10 minutes
Rising time: 1 hour
2. Make the Custard Filling
In a saucepan, heat the milk until it is almost boiling. In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg yolks, sugar, and cornstarch. Slowly pour the hot milk into the egg mixture, whisking constantly. Return the mixture to the saucepan and cook over medium heat until it thickens. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract. Let it cool.

3. Assemble the Roscón
