Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Whipped cream and gingerbread cookies for garnish
Preparation:
1. Make the Tart Crust
In a food processor, combine the flour, butter, brown sugar, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and salt. Pulse until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
