Preparation:

Let it cool slightly, then add the eggs and mix well. Gradually add this mixture to the dry ingredients and knead until you have a smooth dough. Cover with a kitchen towel and let it rise for about 1 hour.

2. Shape the Roscón

Punch down the risen dough and shape it into a ring. Place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Make a hole in the center of the ring and insert a heat-proof bowl to maintain the shape while baking. Let it rise for another 30 minutes.

3. Bake the Roscón

Melt the dark chocolate in a heat-proof bowl over a pot of simmering water. Once melted, pour the chocolate over the filled Roscón, letting it drip down the sides. Let it set for about 30 minutes before serving.
