Ingredients:
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter
- 1 cup of granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup of cocoa powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 cup of Nutella
Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
2. Mix the dry ingredients
In a mixing bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Set aside.
3. Melt the butter
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Once melted, remove from heat and let cool slightly.
4. Combine the wet ingredients
In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined. Slowly pour in the melted butter and mix until smooth.
5. Mix the wet and dry ingredients
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
6. Swirl in the Nutella
Heat the Nutella in the microwave for 30 seconds to soften. Drop spoonfuls of Nutella onto the brownie batter and swirl with a knife to create a marbled effect.
7. Bake the brownies
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top with a spatula. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
8. Cool and serve
Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Cut into squares and enjoy!
