- 500g of rape fillets, cut into chunks
- 250g of langostinos, peeled and deveined
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 can of crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- 1/2 cup of fish stock
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon of saffron threads
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Preparation:
1. Saute the Aromatics
Press the «Sauté» button on the Olla GM and add the olive oil. Once hot, add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and diced bell peppers. Cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.

2. Add the Tomatoes and Spices
Stir in the crushed tomatoes, paprika, saffron threads, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
