Ingredients:

- 2 bay leaves

Preparation:
1. Season the Carrilleras
Season the carrilleras with salt and pepper. In the MAMBO, select the «Sauté» function and heat the olive oil. Brown the carrilleras on all sides, then remove them from the pot and set aside.
Time: 10 minutes
2. Sauté the Vegetables
Add the chopped onion, carrots, celery, and garlic to the MAMBO. Sauté until the vegetables are soft and fragrant.

3. Deglaze with Red Wine
Pour in the red wine and beef broth, scraping the bottom of the pot to release any browned bits. Add the bay leaves and thyme to the pot.
