Ingredients:
- 4 slices of day-old bread (any type)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Preparation:
- Preheat your Thermomix to 120°C.
- Tear the bread slices into smaller pieces and place them in the mixing bowl of the Thermomix.
- Grind the bread on Speed 8 for 10 seconds until you have fine bread crumbs.
- Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, parsley, oregano, thyme, and Parmesan cheese to the bread crumbs in the mixing bowl.
- Mix on Speed 4 for 10 seconds to combine the ingredients.
- Drizzle olive oil over the bread crumb mixture in the Thermomix.
- Mix on Speed 3 for 10 seconds to evenly distribute the olive oil.
- Scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl with a spatula to ensure all ingredients are well incorporated.

- Bake in the preheated oven at 180°C for 10-15 minutes or until the bread crumbs are golden brown and crispy.
