- 500g Burgos cheese
- 1 large potato
- 2 carrots

- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 leek
- 1 zucchini
- 1 red bell pepper
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Step 1: Start by peeling and chopping the potato, carrots, onion, garlic, leek, zucchini, and red bell pepper. Set them aside.
