Ingredients

  • 2 onions
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • 500g of chicken breast
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 500ml of chicken broth
  • 200g of cream
  • 200g of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 500g of pasta

Preparation

1. Chop the onions and garlic

Peel and quarter the onions and add them to the Thermomix along with the peeled garlic cloves. Chop for 5 seconds at speed 5.

2. Sauté the onions and garlic

Add the olive oil to the Thermomix and sauté the onions and garlic for 5 minutes at 100°C on speed 1.

3. Add the rosemary and chicken

Remove the rosemary leaves from the sprigs and add them to the Thermomix. Cut the chicken breast into cubes and add it to the bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 10 minutes at 100°C on reverse speed 1.

4. Cook the pasta

While the chicken is cooking, boil water in a separate pot and cook the pasta according to the package instructions.

5. Prepare the sauce

Once the chicken is cooked, add the chicken broth, cream, and grated Parmesan cheese to the Thermomix. Cook for 5 minutes at 90°C on reverse speed 1.

6. Combine the sauce and pasta

Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the sauce in the Thermomix. Mix everything together for 1 minute at 90°C on reverse speed 1.

7. Serve and enjoy

Plate the creamy onion and rosemary pasta and garnish with some extra Parmesan cheese and fresh rosemary leaves. Enjoy your delicious meal!
