Step-by-Step Guide: Making Spaghetti with Tomato and Bacon in Your Thermomix

Ingredients:
- 400g spaghetti
- 200g bacon, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 400g canned diced tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves, chopped
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
Preparation:
1. Cook the Spaghetti
Fill the Thermomix bowl with 1 liter of water and add a pinch of salt. Place the spaghetti in the Varoma dish and assemble it on top of the Thermomix bowl. Cook for 10 minutes at Varoma temperature on speed 1. Once cooked, remove the Varoma dish and set aside the spaghetti.
2. Cook the Bacon
Without cleaning the Thermomix bowl, add the chopped bacon and cook for 5 minutes at 120°C on speed 1. Once the bacon is crispy, remove it from the bowl and set it aside.
3. Prepare the Tomato Sauce
In the same Thermomix bowl, add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and olive oil. Sauté for 3 minutes at 100°C on speed 1. Add the canned diced tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Cook for 10 minutes at 100°C on speed 1 until the sauce thickens.
4. Combine the Ingredients
Add the cooked bacon and spaghetti to the tomato sauce in the Thermomix bowl. Mix everything together for 2 minutes at 100°C on reverse speed 1 until the ingredients are well combined.
5. Serve and Enjoy
