Preparation:
1. Toast Hazelnuts:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Spread the hazelnuts on a baking sheet and toast them in the oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown and fragrant. Remove from the oven and let them cool.
2. Make Hazelnut Paste:
In a Thermomix, grind the toasted hazelnuts until they turn into a smooth paste, scraping down the sides as needed. This should take about 5 minutes on speed 8.
3. Melt Chocolate:
