  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese

Preparation

1. Prepare the Meatball Mixture

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, onion, bell pepper, garlic, parsley, egg, honey, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

2. Shape the Meatballs

Using your hands, shape the meat mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.

3. Preheat the Thermomix

Preheat your Thermomix to 180°C (350°F).

4. Brown the Meatballs

In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Brown the meatballs on all sides, working in batches if necessary. This should take about 5 minutes per batch.
