Ingredients:
- 500g ground beef
- 200g button mushrooms, sliced
- 100g Roquefort cheese, crumbled
- 1 small onion, finely chopped

- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 burger buns
- Lettuce, tomato, and onion slices (optional, for serving)
Preparation:

2. In the Thermomix bowl, add the sliced mushrooms and chop them for 5 seconds on speed 5. Set aside.
