Ingredients
- 400g tagliatelle pasta
- 500g mixed mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 50g butter
- 200ml heavy cream
- 100g Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Preparation
Sautéing the Mushrooms
Temperature: Varoma
Time: 5 minutes
- Place the sliced mushrooms in the Thermomix bowl.
- Add the butter, garlic, and onion.
- Cook for 5 minutes at Varoma temperature, stirring occasionally.
Cooking the Pasta
Temperature: Varoma
Time: 9 minutes
- Add the tagliatelle pasta to the bowl with the sautéed mushrooms.
- Add enough water to cover the pasta.
- Cook for 9 minutes at Varoma temperature, or until the pasta is al dente.
Making the Creamy Sauce
Temperature: 100°C
Time: 5 minutes
- Once the pasta is cooked, drain any excess water.
- Add the heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese to the bowl.
- Cook for 5 minutes at 100°C, stirring until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
Serving
