Place the Arborio rice into the mixing bowl and select the «Sauté» function. Toast the rice for 2 minutes at 100°C, stirring constantly to prevent sticking. Add the sautéed onion and garlic back to the mixing bowl along with the coconut milk and vegetable broth. Set the temperature to 100°C and cook for 15 minutes at speed 1, with the measuring cup removed to allow steam to escape.

Step 4: Add the Shrimp and Seasonings

After 15 minutes, add the cooked shrimp, grated Parmesan cheese, and chopped cilantro to the mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set the temperature to 90°C and cook for an additional 2 minutes at speed 1 to allow the flavors to combine.
