Ingredients
- 1 package of fresh pasta sheets
- 150g smoked ham, thinly sliced
- 150g smoked turkey, thinly sliced
- 150g smoked cheese, grated
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 jar of marinara sauce
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, eggs, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
- Lay out the fresh pasta sheets on a clean surface. Place a slice of smoked ham and smoked turkey on each sheet, followed by a spoonful of the cheese mixture. Roll up the pasta sheets to form stuffed rolls.
