  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 200g butter
  • 200g sugar

In the Thermomix, melt the dark chocolate and butter together at 60°C for 3 minutes on speed 2. Make sure to stir occasionally to ensure that the chocolate and butter are fully melted and combined.

2. Mix in the Sugar

Add the sugar to the melted chocolate and butter mixture and mix on speed 3 for 1 minute until well combined.

3. Add the Eggs

With the Thermomix running on speed 3, add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. This will help to incorporate air into the batter and create a light and fluffy texture.

4. Sift in the Flour, Baking Powder, and Salt

Sift in the flour, baking powder, and salt into the Thermomix bowl and mix on speed 4 for 30 seconds until the dry ingredients are fully incorporated into the batter.

5. Add the Vanilla Extract

Finally, add the vanilla extract to the batter and mix on speed 2 for 15 seconds to ensure that the flavor is evenly distributed throughout the cake.

6. Bake the Cake
