Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of ripe tomatoes
  • 500g of red bell peppers
  • 500g of green bell peppers
  • 500g of onions
  • 8 cloves of garlic
  • 1 cup of olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper

Preparation:

1. Prepare the Ingredients

Start by washing the tomatoes, bell peppers, onions, and garlic. Cut the tomatoes and bell peppers into chunks, dice the onions, and mince the garlic.

2. Sauté the Vegetables

Heat the olive oil in the Olla GM and add the diced onions and minced garlic. Sauté until they are soft and translucent.
