Ingredients:
- 4 lenguado fillets
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced

- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:
- Preheat the Olla GM electric pressure cooker to 180°C.
- Cut 4 large squares of parchment paper, enough to wrap each lenguado fillet.
- Place a lenguado fillet on each parchment paper square.

- Bring the edges of the parchment paper together and fold them over to create a sealed packet.
- Place the packets in the Olla GM electric pressure cooker.
- Cook for 15 minutes.
