Ingredients:
- 1 small head of cabbage, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 carrots, peeled and chopped
- 2 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Preparation:
1. Saute the Vegetables:
Heat the Monsieur Cuisine on the saute function. Add the olive oil, onion, garlic, carrots, and potatoes. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are slightly softened.
