- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 200g of Manchego cheese, grated
- 3 eggs
- 200ml of heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Preparation:
1. Preheat the Thermomix:
Preheat your Thermomix to 180°C.
Temperature: 180°C
2. Prepare the puff pastry:
Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface and line a tart pan with it, pressing gently to fit the shape.
3. Prepare the filling:
In the Thermomix bowl, add the grated Manchego cheese, eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Mix on speed 4 for 20 seconds until well combined.
