Ingredients:
- 500g hake fillets
- 250g langostinos
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 can of crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup fish stock
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package of canelones pasta
- Grated Parmesan cheese for topping
Preparation:
1. Prepare the Filling
Start by cutting the hake fillets into small pieces and seasoning them with salt and pepper. Heat some olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion, garlic, and red bell pepper until they are soft. Add the hake pieces and langostinos to the pan and cook until they are cooked through.
Cooking time: 10 minutes
2. Make the Sauce
Add the can of crushed tomatoes, white wine, and fish stock to the pan. Let the mixture simmer for a few minutes to allow the flavors to meld together. Finally, stir in the heavy cream and season with salt and pepper to taste.

3. Cook the Canelones Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the canelones pasta according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain the pasta and set aside.

4. Assemble the Canelones
Preheat your oven to 180°C. Take each canelone pasta sheet and spoon some of the seafood filling onto one end. Roll up the pasta sheet and place it in a baking dish. Repeat this process with the remaining pasta sheets.

5. Bake and Serve
Once all the canelones are assembled in the baking dish, pour the sauce over the top and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve hot and enjoy!
