With the Olla GM, cooking delicious and flavorful meats and poultry has never been easier. This versatile kitchen appliance allows you to prepare a wide variety of dishes with minimal effort. In this recipe, we’ll show you how to make a mouth-watering dish that will impress your family and friends.

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole chicken, cut into pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 cup green olives
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Preparation:

1. Season the chicken: In a bowl, mix the paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture all over the chicken pieces and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.

2. Saute the onions and garlic: Select the «Saute» function on your Olla GM and heat the olive oil. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and saute until translucent.

3. Brown the chicken: Add the marinated chicken pieces to the Olla GM and brown on all sides for about 5 minutes.

4. Add the liquid ingredients: Pour in the chicken broth and diced tomatoes. Close the lid of the Olla GM and set the pressure cooker function to «High Pressure» for 20 minutes.

5. Release pressure: Once the cooking time is up, carefully release the pressure according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

6. Add the vegetables: Open the lid and add the sliced bell peppers and green olives. Close the lid again and cook for an additional 5 minutes on the «Saute» function.

7. Garnish and serve: Sprinkle chopped parsley over the dish before serving. Enjoy your delicious and flavorful chicken stew!
