- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved

- 2 cups of chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon of saffron threads
