- Return the hake medallions to the Thermomix and cook everything together on Varoma temperature for 3 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Once everything is cooked through and the sauce has thickened slightly, serve the Medallones de Merluza y Guisantes hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
